We collect information you provide directly when placing an order or contacting us: full name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Payment information is processed securely through Shopify Payments — we never store your full card number. We also collect any communications you send us via email or contact forms.

We also collect information automatically when you visit our website: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on site; device type and operating system; referring URLs and traffic source data; and cookie and session data via analytics tools including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and fulfill your orders and subscriptions; send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications; send marketing emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time); improve our website, products, and customer experience; run targeted advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — you may opt out via your Meta ad preferences; analyze website traffic and customer behavior; and comply with applicable Canadian and international legal obligations.

Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business: Shopify (e-commerce platform), Shopify Payments (payment processing), Canada Post and UPS (shipping and delivery), Klaviyo (email marketing), Google Analytics (website analytics), and Meta Platforms (advertising and remarketing). We never sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

Data Retention

We retain your order and transaction data for 7 years as required by Canadian tax and accounting law. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@yasmacoffee.com  — note that we are legally required to retain certain financial records regardless of deletion requests.
