Where We Ship
Yasma Coffee ships to Canada and the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled through our third-party logistics (3PL) partner. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total meets or exceeds $74 CAD for Canadian orders or $74 USD for US orders. No code required.
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date at support@yasmacoffee.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery cannot be guaranteed a resolution.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage and your order number. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you.
US Customs & Duties
US orders may be subject to customs processing. Yasma Coffee is not responsible for customs delays or any duties and taxes imposed by US customs authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Yasma Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@yasmacoffee.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
