Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on yasmacoffee.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order.

Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product formulations at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible — slight variations in packaging may occur due to production updates.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) for Canadian customers and US dollars (USD) for US customers. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged to your payment method is the price displayed at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — if an error is discovered after your order is placed, you will be notified and given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or exceed reasonable quantity limits. You will be notified promptly and fully refunded if this occurs.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Canada and the United States only. Orders are fulfilled through our third-party logistics partner and typically ship within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery timeframes are 3 to 7 business days for both Canada and the United States. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products transfers to you upon delivery confirmation from the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date.

Nespresso Compatibility Warning — IMPORTANT

Our capsule products (Mazaj Blend, Haneen Blend, and Mazaj Decaf) are compatible with Nespresso Original Line machines ONLY. They are NOT compatible with Nespresso Vertuo or VertuoPlus machines, Keurig machines of any model, or any other pod-based or capsule system. It is your sole responsibility to confirm compatibility before placing an order. Machine incompatibility does not qualify as a reason for a refund or exchange, as this warning is prominently displayed on all product pages, during checkout, and on product packaging.

Subscription Terms

If you purchase a subscription product, your payment method will be charged automatically on your selected frequency (30, 45, or 60 days from your previous order date). You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled charge by logging into your account portal or emailing support@yasmacoffee.com. Cancellation requests received after a charge has already been processed will apply to the following billing cycle. We are not responsible for charges processed before a cancellation request is received. Subscription pricing is subject to change with 14 days notice provided by email.

Intellectual Property

All content on yasmacoffee.com, including product images, copy, brand name, logos, trademarks, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Joy Management & Consulting Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yasma Coffee and Joy Management & Consulting Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
